Legal Disclaimer

We are thrilled to provide you with our terms and conditions! They are specifically designed to set the legal boundaries for our website visitors and customers while they engage with our site. It's important to note that these terms and conditions define the legal relationship between you and us as the website owner. 

Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, however if appropriate notice is given you can reschedule without penalty, as per the policies below:

  • Rescheduling must occur no later than 72 hours prior to the booked session.

  • All rescheduling requests must be made via email from the person who made the booking. In the email, please let us know which session you’d like to be moved to. Please note: We cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Our daytime events are 16yrs + with a paying adult.

  • Evening events are adult only (18+) and as our sessions are intended to be relaxing for all our patrons, babies are not permitted to attend any event. No refunds or credit will be given if you bring a child to an event and are refused entry.

  • Please note we will not provide refunds unless we permanently cancel an event.

  • If your booked session falls on a public holiday, you will be notified via email where a mutually agreeable session will be arranged.

Key Elements of the T&C Document

  • Booking and Payment: A booking deposit of $100 is required for each event (refundable at the beginning of the event), unless the entire amount according to the number of attending guests for the event is paid at the time of booking the event.  In this case, no deposit is necessary.

  • Where applicable (for the Wedding Artist) - a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please see above.

  • Liability and Safety: Let's Paint with Violet is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event. Participants are responsible for following safety instructions provided by the event facilitator. It is advised to wear appropriate clothing as paint may stain.

  • Venue Requirements: The client must provide a suitable venue with adequate space, lighting, and ventilation for the painting party. Let's Paint with Violet requires access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event for setup and 1 hour after for cleanup.

  • Conduct and Behavior: Let's Paint with Violet reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the event without refund if participants display inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, harassment, violence, or excessive intoxication.

  • Use of Images: Let's Paint with Violet may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of these images on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the facilitator at the start of the event.

  • Changes to Services: Let's Paint with Violet reserves the right to make changes to the services offered, including changes to facilitators, materials, and schedules. Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

  • By booking with Let's Paint with Violet, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to your event. Thank you for choosing Let's Paint with Violet for your mobile painting party experience!
